The development at Stonemasons Court, on the outskirts of Guildford, comprises the construction of a new 180m2 open plan office space, a reception meeting room, and welfare facilities for Beard staff within the adjoining refurbished building. In addition the 190m2 of the existing buildings have been refurbished to provide an open plan self contained office, which will be available for letting to a professional organisation. The new building is designed with a timber frame and brick / timber elevations to match the existing building. Internally the space has a lofty feel with exposed roof trusses and timbers.
